A simple story of boy meets girl, boy and girl kiss, if only the sound track would let them...
Sound in film has an identity in relation to what is happening 'onscreen'. However, it is more fluid and flexible than onscreen action working by an external logic to shape the visual narrative.
So I have implied an idea using sound motifs for each character, which is in harmony or working independently of the image. Making the moment romantic, not romantic, sexual, too sexual and finally from the wash of sound emerges a third character which acts as a catalyst between girl and boy.
