The computer on a desk represents technology. When colored paper flies in and transforms into an origami crane, which is representing the fine arts. The crane is curious as to what the computer is, that's why it goes to it and knocks on the screen. The Computer than consumes the paper crane, so that paper crane appears to be in the screen of the computer. The computer being the dominant and the crane weaker in this scene. In the next scene a big paper crane rises behind the computer so that the paper crane appears to be the dominant one and the computer the weaker. At this point the camera zooms out, so that the current scene appears in the computer on a desk, making the computer the dominant one. When again a big crane stands behind the computer and camera again zooms out and again and again forming a loop.
The video is representing the question of which is stronger. The technology or Fine Arts. The technology is very strong nowadays but it will never overcome the Fine Arts, as the Fine Arts is always looking for new ways and is adapting to the environment therefore it will outlive all times.
