It's late autumn in the forest: all of the animals are making preparations for the cold winter - building shelter, gathering supplies or flying south. Only the BEAR seems to have nothing better to do than to lay back and eat all the sweet berries around him. “How will the BEAR survive the icy winter?” the animals wonder, but the BEAR doesn't bother. The berries are too yummy! Finally, winter arrives and a heavy snowstorm covers the forest in white.
In the following spring, the other animals return. ”Where's BEAR?” they ask, fearing the worst. He's nowhere to be seen, there's just a big pile of snow where he used to be...
