Twelve non-professional actors were asked what were the things/actions that make them angry. Each of them were then asked to act in a scene whre they play their own roles in their own ''subject of anger''. Each scene is shoted in a single shot (without any cut) and is lasting between 30 seconds and 1 minute. The dialogues were, for the most of it, improvised by the actors.

Douze acteurs non-professionnels ont eu comme mendat de donner chacun un sujet de colère différent. Par la suite, chacun d'eux s'est vu demandé de jouer dans une scène dans laquelle ils jouaient leurs ''propres colères''. Chaque scène, durant entre 30 et secondes et minute, fût tournée en plan-séquence. La plupart des dialogues du film furent improvisés par les acteurs.
