Manu is a youth from middle-class India, who has had been involved in wrong doings, before he decided to change ways and build himself a career as a computer software professional. He is helped by his friend, Reghu, a colleague from work, to stay clear of any more wrong doings. Manu has just a week remaining in India before he moves to America to start a new life. But, he makes one wrong choice that sends him face to face with people wanting revenge for the things he did to them. Reghu, become of help once again, when he reminds him of the KARMA CODE he had mentioned earlier that day, which would help Manu come past his obstacles.
